• Recruitment & Staffing: Manage hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

• Performance Management: Oversee appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee growth plans.
• Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate salary processing, benefits administration, and compliance with HR policies.

Administrative Duties

• Facility Management: Ensure smooth operations of plant infrastructure, including security, maintenance, and cleanliness.
