Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist/BDM to drive our data security and backup solutions sales to corporate clients in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security or backup solution sales, with a strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through regular meetings (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) to understand their needs and promote solutions.
- Identify and close deals within the SMB/Enterprise segments.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Mumbai.
- Promote and sell data security and backup solutions, including Endpoint Security, Data Security, DLP, Backup, NGF, MDM, and Asset Management.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling data security or backup solutions to corporate clients in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday (with a 3rd Saturday off).
