Role Overview:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern / Growth Promoter who will assist in executing strategic growth initiatives and help acquire, engage, and retain users. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, data-driven, and passionate about marketing and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

- Promote the brand across social media platforms and on-ground (if applicable)

- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities

- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (KPIs)

- Engage with users online/offline to generate leads and increase visibility

- Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for campaigns

- Explore and experiment with new channels and tactics to drive growth

Skills Required:

- Strong verbal and written communication (Hindi & English)

- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)

- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Sheets, and basic analytics platforms is a plus

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to take initiative

- Ability to understand and convey brand message clearly

- Event promotion or sales experience (offline/online) is a bonus
