SAP Fiori Consultant - ABAP Programming (5-8 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SAP Fiori Consultant to join our growing enterprise technology team.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Core ABAP programming, S/4HANA ABAP, Fiori/UI5 integration, and the RESTful ABAP Programming Model.

As a key member of our SAP team, you will design, develop, and implement SAP Fiori applications that enhance user experience and business process efficiency on both on-premise and cloud platforms like SAP BTP (SCP).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications using the SAP Fiori Elements and SAPUI5 frameworks

- Build and enhance OData services and integrate with SAP backend using Core ABAP, S/4HANA ABAP, CDS Views, and AMDP

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver responsive and intuitive UI solutions

- Implement and extend the RESTful ABAP Programming Model and follow clean code and performance optimization practices

- Ensure effective integration with SAP BTP/SCP components and services

- Participate in the entire application lifecycle from design, coding, testing, deployment, and support

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure high performance and availability

- Stay up to date with SAP technology trends, best practices, and continuously improve Fiori UX deliverables

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Core ABAP programming, S/4HANA ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, RESTful ABAP Programming Model, SAP ABAP

- Strong experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 application development and custom enhancements

- Good understanding of SAP BTP/SCP (SAP Cloud Platform)

- Solid experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP code and UI5 applications

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and transport management in SAP BTP

- Familiarity with SAP Launchpad, Fiori Elements, and Smart Controls

- Understanding of UX principles and design thinking methodologies
