E-commerce Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 E-commerce Sales Strategy & Execution.

• Define and implement the digital sales strategy across all e-commerce channels (D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and others).
• Drive topline revenue, own sales KPIs, and deliver consistent month-over-month growth.
• Conduct regular benchmarking of pricing, assortment, and product positioning in line with market trends and competitors.

🔹 Website Performance Management

• Oversee end-to-end website performance: UX optimization, conversion funnel management, bounce rates, and abandoned cart recovery.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and development teams to ensure seamless website operations, promotional planning, and seasonal launches.

🔹 Marketplace & Channel Management

• Manage onboarding and strategic relationships with marketplace partners.
• Ensure listing hygiene through accurate descriptions, pricing, SEO-optimized content, and inventory availability.
• Monitor customer reviews, return rates, and platform-specific performance metrics.

🔹 Inventory Planning & Logistics Coordination

• Liaise with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatches and fulfillment.
• Optimize stock allocation across platforms to maintain healthy stock levels and reduce RTOs.

🔹 Analytics & Business Insights

• Generate and analyze weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.
• Identify high-performing products, customer preferences, and operational bottlenecks for continuous improvement.

Candidate ProfileEducation & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 3 - 6 years of experience in digital sales/e-commerce, ideally in the footwear or fashion retail industry.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on expertise with Shopify/Magento, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce dashboards.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, agile, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Excellent time management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Skills

• Experience scaling a D2C brand in footwear/fashion.
• Exposure to influencer marketing, affiliate sales models.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer retention tools like Klaviyo, WhatsApp automation, etc.
