Content Marketing Manager

Shift Timing: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 04:00 PM - 01:00 AM (Monday - Saturday).

Job description:

• Responsible for the creation of the right content management strategies to ensure that all content across the business is integrated and aligned to support business objectives.
• Develop compelling content in collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams that resonates with the customers and will help drive customer engagement.
• Ensure that our content planning strategy allows us to link content with both revenue pipeline-building and brand-building.
• Build a content calendar, create a writing process and delivery strategy, contribute to social media posts, and ultimately, craft interesting and well-researched content that drives traffic and engages site visitors.
• Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, survey reports, and web copy.
• Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company's tone and mission.
• Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our services core benefits properly and consistently.
• Interact with content specialists, graphic designers, and internal team members to create and review all content & ensure consistent message.
• Push the business to adopt better content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels.
• Research the competitive environment gather market data for the business and use the results to come up with well-informed topics and themes for content creation.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or a related field
• 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B content marketing, preferably from an EdTech or eLearning background
• Willing to work on an individual contribution role initially to start with
• Excellent command of English and fluent writing style
• Clear, effective communicator verbally and in writing with the ability to be persuasive.
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
• Extremely creative, and good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
• Interest and ability in online communications and developing communications content.
• Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
