Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our online presence, campaigns, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Retail/FMCG/Media industry, with a proven track record in executing performance-based digital strategies. This role demands travel to various retail locations, exhibitions, and industry events to ensure brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Execution

• Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
• Oversee the planning and delivery of digital content calendars, promotions, and product launches.
• Handle SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Manage and update the companys website and e-commerce platforms (if applicable).

Social Media Management

• Build and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Create engaging and visually appealing posts, stories, and reels in coordination with the creative team.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.

Performance & Analytics

• Track, report, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third-party dashboards.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, ROI, traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics.
• Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.

Branding & Content

• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and videographers to create product-centric and lifestyle content.
• Ensure brand tone and aesthetics align across all digital platforms.
• Plan and execute influencer tie-ups and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.

Travel & Coordination

• Travel to showrooms, events, and exhibitions to gather content, understand customer insights, and ensure marketing alignment.
• Coordinate with store managers and regional teams for campaign rollouts and event promotions.

Requirements:

• MBA preferred/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
• 2 - 4 years of digital marketing experience in the retail/fmcg/media industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Bengali.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Jewellery trends, festive season marketing, and regional customer behavior.
• Basic understanding of product photography and visual merchandising.
• Experience in What's App marketing and CRM-based campaigns.
