Job Description
- Thisrole will be a part of our growing Portfolio Management team and the primaryresponsibility would involve working on certain client engagements where Oxaneis providing portfolio management service or reporting services to globalinstitutional investors investing in structured credit products, asset-backedfinancing, or non-performing loan financing transactions
- The incumbent will beresponsible for working closely with clients in assisting, monitoring, andreporting key metrics of their investments
- The role would entail researchingacross legal agreements, reviewing key metrics, understanding the portfolio andprepare the reporting of the same
- He/she would also be required to interact andcoordinate with the client on the performance of the assets and underlyingcollateral
Key Responsibilities :
- Onboardingthe clients investment portfolio by reviewing and interpreting legalagreements, deal, documents andunderstanding servicer or investor reports
- Workclosely with the clients in supporting them for risk and exposure monitoring ofthe transactions
- Calculatingand monitoring covenants, concentration limits, eligibility criteria and otherkey metrics/tests
- Assist/leadthe daily operations of the various workstream and ensure all deliverables areaccurate and punctual
- Liaisewith the BA and Implementation team to ensure that the data and logics on ourproprietary platform areaccurate
- Mentorand guide the freshers of the team with aim to improve the overall learningcurve
- Provideenhanced surveillance to the clients on their portfolios and share criticalaspects with respect to overallperformance proactively
- Assistin standardizing and streamlining processes to increase efficiencies andsetting up SOPs and processes around deliverables
Requirements
- Broadunderstanding of the asset backed lending landscape
- In-depthunderstanding of core financial concepts
- Proficiencyin MS Excel
- Prior experience instructured credit / securitized product would be beneficial
- Abilityto work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-pacedenvironment
- Strongcommunication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
- Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance
