Qualification: MBA-Finance
Experience: 5 Years + in similar field.

Responsibilities :
- Manage the financial reporting process using the Oracle system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Develop and maintain financial models and projections to support decision-making.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and IT departments, to ensure the smooth operation of the Oracle system.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including SOX compliance.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and support to business units to improve performance and drive growth.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure that financial information is provided accurately and on time.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the use of the Oracle system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
