JOB DESCRIPTION.
- We are seeking a forward-thinking, results-oriented Technology Consultant to drive strategic IT transformation across our business units.
- This role will spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on IT cost optimization, process automation, and cloud strategy-enabling operational excellence, innovation, and business scalability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT cost optimization programs across business units, including conducting Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, developing financial models, and preparing robust business cases for IT infrastructure cost optimization to drive informed investment decisions and sustainable savings.
- Drive the design and implementation of automation solutions (RPA, Power Platform) to streamline and enhance operational efficiency across key Financial Services verticals, including Broking, Asset Management (AMC), and Home Finance.
- Focus areas include enabling straight-through processing, improving compliance workflows, and elevating customer service delivery.
- Lead the deployment and adoption of knowledge management systems and digital collaboration platforms using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Architect and implement cloud adoption strategies leveraging AWS, ensuring scalability, high availability, and compliance for critical financial systems and platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, compliance, and operations teams to digitize manual and paper-based workflows, reduce turnaround times, and enhance platform engagement and operational agility.
- Develop and deliver executive dashboards and analytics frameworks (using Power BI) to provide actionable insights and support real-time decision-making at leadership and operational levels.
- Facilitate enterprise-wide technology transformation roadmaps, engaging key stakeholders to define priorities, gather and validate business and technical requirements, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory mandates.
- Provide subject matter expertise in financial modelling, ROI analysis, and business case development to support technology investment decisions and funding approvals for large-scale IT initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value and competitive advantage.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, digital transformation, or automation initiatives, preferably within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) or FinTech sectors.
- Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Broking, Asset Management, or Housing Finance.
