Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Consulting Specialist with extensive experience in the outsourcing and transformation domain. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in consulting engagements, particularly in IT Outsourcing (ITO), shared services, and digital transformation across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute as a key team member or lead consultant in large-scale or mega-deal engagements.

- Support end-to-end sourcing advisory including assessment, strategy, vendor selection, RFP creation, and contract negotiation.

- Assist or lead in delivering comprehensive sourcing methodologies, financial modeling, cost optimization strategies, and SLA development.

- Conduct benchmarking, market sourcing comparisons, and current state assessments to identify transformation opportunities.

- Develop business cases and presentations that articulate value propositions aligned with client objectives.

- Collaborate closely with client teams and senior leadership to ensure effective and timely project delivery.

- Facilitate client workshops, prepare executive presentations, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Participate in practice development activities such as IP creation, whitepapers, marketing collateral, and pre-sales support.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 510 years of consulting experience in outsourcing, deal advisory, or large transformation programs with global firms or captives.

- Proven experience managing or advising on ITO sourcing deals with service providers.

- Deep understanding of large deal solutioning, including cost levers, SLA structuring, and win strategies.

- Strong exposure to shared services, offshoring, and digital transformation strategies.

- Hands-on experience with IT environment assessment, cost analysis, and optimization opportunities.

- Well-versed in Cloud, Gen AI, and modern Digital Solutions.

- Familiarity with Application Services, Infrastructure Services, BPO, or ERP outsourcing domains.

- Strong background in financial modeling, business case creation, and transformation ROI analysis.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.

- Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 outsourcing vendors.

- Knowledge of industry trends, particularly in the GCC region, is a plus.

- Business development exposure, including proposals, pre-sales, and sales support, is desirable.

- Project or delivery management experience would be an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology (required)

- MBA/MS or other advanced degrees (preferred)

- B1/B2 Certification in German or French (required)
