Job Title: Senior Manager HR (Operations, Data & Compliance)
Location: Delhi
Experience: 12 to 15 years
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager HR (Operations, Data & Compliance) to join our team at PCI.
This role is ideal for an HR leader with a strong track record in operational excellence, compliance management, and HR analytics.
You will be responsible for leading pan-India HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving automation and data-based decision-making across the HR function.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across all locations in India
- Ensure 100% statutory and labor law compliance across units, audits, and internal policies
- Develop and monitor governance frameworks, SOPs, and internal HR controls
- Oversee and enhance the usage of HRMS systems and dashboards for better decision-making
- Drive HR analytics and reporting for leadership to support strategic HR initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR process alignment and effectiveness
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline HR operations
- Support audits, manage documentation, and ensure readiness for internal and external inspections
- Mentor and guide regional HR teams to maintain operational excellence
- Act as the key point of contact for compliance-related queries and labor inspections
Skillset & Qualifications:
- 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on operations, compliance, and HR data analytics
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance frameworks, and regulatory filings
- Proficient in using HRMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Darwinbox, etc.) and creating dashboards/reports
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present HR data effectively
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven track record in handling multi-location, fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and project management skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
