About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced HR Operations Manager for a leading UAE-based bank's operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in payroll management, employee relations, and stakeholder coordination, with proven experience in a UAE bank or global banking organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, compliance, HRMS, and audits.
- Act as the key point of contact for all employee relations issues in line with organizational policy and labor law.
- Collaborate with the HRBP based in UAE to align policies, processes, and reporting.
- Drive operational excellence and process improvement within the HR function.
- Manage HR vendors, onboarding, documentation, and internal HR governance.
- Prepare and analyze HR dashboards, employee data, and monthly reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the banking industry.
- Prior experience with a UAE-based bank or global financial institution is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural, international setup.
