About the role:
Were seeking a strategic and hands-on Category Marketing Manager to lead category growth for a global Coffee equipment brand.
You'll own both the P&L and end-to-end marketing strategy from product range expansion to distribution, pricing, content, and channel development.
This is a business-critical role where your ability to shape a category narrative and drive commercial success will directly impact growth.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing or related field
- 2+ years in Category or Product marketing in the Customer Durables/ Home Appliances/ Electronics vertical
- Experience managing a Category P&L, not just brand communication
- Hands-on with pricing, marketing campaigns, vendor negotiation, and market mapping
- Prior exposure to consumer durables, kitchen appliances, coffee/beverage brands, or retail chains a big plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead growth strategy for assigned product categories
- Manage vendor partnerships and optimize pricing
- Drive go-to-market execution, including launches and promotions
- Oversee marketing content and performance across channels
- Use data insights to shape pricing, assortment, and customer focus
- Expand distribution network and unlock new market opportunities
