Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches and organizational goals.

- Ensure the timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG, Institutional Sales, or Specialty Product Sales.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
