Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Treasury- Fund Raise/Project Finance
- Prepare Loan application/ Information Deck (covering Project Profile, CMA /Projections & other details) for Lenders as part of the Fund-Raising exercise.
- Calculation of Interest & Other Bank Charges & Monitoring the Interest rate charged by bank, Interest Reset Date etc.
- Coordinating and providing data to various banks/ financial institutions / credit rating agencies as and when required.
- Liase with internal teams viz Legal & Secretarial to ensure timely documentation and Security creation.
- Monitor Lender related Post disbursal Compliances and Loan covenants like LIE Report, MIS etc.
- Timely servicing of debt obligation including compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
Required Fresher / 0 to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Fund Raising & Working capital Management
CA / CFA / MBA in Finance
