Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and assist in closing deals within our target markets (India, USA, and APAC). You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and generate qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and online research.
Research and qualify potential clients based on their industry, size, and IT needs.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads and opportunities.
Sales Process:
Conduct initial consultations with prospects to understand their business requirements and pain points.
Present and demonstrate our IT services and solutions effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in India, USA, and APAC.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market insights and customer needs.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Generate reports and provide regular updates to the management
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Work with International time zones to service USA and APAC clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to different cultural norms when dealing with international clients.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Additional language skills (e.g., Hindi,) are a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate time zone differences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling IT services to clients in India, USA, and APAC.
Knowledge of specific IT domains (e.g., cloud computing, data engineering).
Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
