Inside Sales Manager Exp: 4 yrs Location: Bangalore Shift: Night Shift & Target Geo: America Skill sets: Team Lead , Inside Sales , lead generation , lead management , market research , customer engagement , CRMtools , Convincing power , Negotiations , Closures. Responsibilities: Collaborate , communicate and engage with marketing & pre - salesto ensure optimum customer engagement and contribute to creating a great placeto work. Understand Technology / Ability to take first level Product demos. Market sizing / planning / Target setting Able to Lead a team , set targets to them and own the inside sales team. Conduct ongoing marketresearch to identify opportunities and map prospects , identify decisionmakers and effectively reach - out to them. Should be able to convertleads into closures , strong hold on Negotiation& convincing strategies. Handle inbound , unsolicited prospect communication and convertthem into qualified leads. Follow up for collections on customer payments Drive customer relationships through the funnel from suspect toqualified and deliver qualified opportunities to the team Requirements - Need to have: 4 years of Inside sales experience in selling software solutions / products , preferably involved in concept selling. Experience in conducting salesreviews Experience in Cold calling , Emailprospecting , opportunity qualification , pre - call planning , call control , account development , and time management. Excellent verbal &presentation skills Strong written communicationskills. Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO / SalesForce / Sugar etc USmarket Experience is a plus.
