About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java Backend development and proficiency in React.js for front-end development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end scalable enterprise solutions using Spring Boot, Microservices, SOAP/REST APIs, and modern JavaScript technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performing applications and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React.js on the frontend.

- Build and maintain robust and secure RESTful and SOAP APIs to support front-end and third-party integrations.

- Develop reusable front-end components using React and ensure seamless integration with backend services.

- Implement microservices architecture to ensure modular, maintainable, and scalable backend solutions.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create intuitive and user friendly applications.

- Participate in the entire application lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

- Ensure code quality through test automation, code reviews, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.

- Contribute to technical documentation including architecture, design decisions, and API specifications.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Java (8 or above) with strong object-oriented programming skills.

- Spring Boot and Spring Ecosystem (Security, Data, JPA, etc.).

- Strong experience with React.js, React Hooks, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services.

- Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and containerization concepts.

- Hands-on experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.

- Familiarity with Version Control Systems (Git) and collaborative tools like JIRA or Bitbucket.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or any CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library).

- Performance optimization and monitoring tools.
