Job Description
- 5-7+ years of SAP Technical S/4 HANA ABAP experience.
- Minimum 1-2 experience in S/4 HANA conversion project, HANA Code Adoption
- Good understanding of Custom code decommissioning process and tools
- Should have good Knowledge of ATC
- SPDD, SPAU, SPAU_ENH, Code refactoring
- Good hand on experience in multiple modules of SAP.
- Should have hand on experience in ABAP RICEF objects
- Identify and implement SAP Notes.
- Good experience in handling incidents and problem tickets and solving them within the SLA deadline times.
- Good communications skills, strong customer focus, and service mindset with experience in client interaction (A person with experience in IT Service Industry will be preferred)
- Willingness to continuously learn both new technologies and business processes
- Resource should have a Professional graduation in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Additional Associated degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
