Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Ad Sales Manager with 2+ years of experience in digital ad sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and nurturing large and medium enterprise customers, identifying monetization opportunities on our online platforms, and closing complex deals with C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition & Account Management: Onboard relevant large and medium enterprise customers, nurture these relationships, and convert them into consistent key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Monetization Strategy: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to monetize our online platform properties, traffic, and impressions, maximizing advertising revenue.
- Prospecting & Pitching: Proactively connect with and pitch to prospects within the industrial products manufacturer and brand fraternity who are interested in promoting their products and services to our shared target customer market.
- Deal Closure: Successfully close complex sales deals, often involving multiple stakeholders and CXO-level decision-makers.
- Solution Conceptualization: Conceptualize and present various advertising options and solution models to interested advertisers, effectively converting prospects into paid accounts and ensuring their retention.
- Digital Transformation Programs: Develop and implement digital transformation programs specifically for SME manufacturers, enabling them to promote and grow their businesses through the company's marketplace.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain extensive coordination with both internal teams (e.g , marketing, product, operations) and external stakeholders (clients, agencies) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, client feedback, market trends, and other relevant metrics to inform strategy and provide updates to management.
Key Related Skills :
- Digital Ad Sales: Proven experience and strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and sales cycles.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Excellent ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Report Preparation: Proficiency in preparing clear, concise, and insightful reports.
- Sales - Business Development: Strong capabilities in generating new business, prospecting, and client acquisition.
- Deal Negotiation: Demonstrated strong negotiation skills, particularly in closing complex sales agreements.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients
