Telecaller

1.Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and collections.
2.Explain payment terms and resolve customer queries related to dues.
3.Update the database with relevant information after each call.
4.Follow up on outstanding payments in a timely manner.
5.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.
6.Maintain customer confidentiality and professionalism in communication.

Location-Sangamwadi (Pune), Bund Garden (Pune) ,Pune Station (Pune)

Exp.-1. Prior experience in collections or tele calling preferred (0-3 years).
2. Industry-specific experience (NBFC, Banking, Telecom)

Good verbal Communication Skills, Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
