Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding travel inquiries and bookings.
- Suggest and sell suitable travel packages or services based on customer needs.
- Explain product details, travel itineraries, prices, and benefits.
- Assist customers in making travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and tours.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong relationship with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for travel and customer service.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream (Tourism or Hospitality background preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with a flair for sales and a love for travel are encouraged to apply.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: 420,000.00 - 480,000.00 per year
