Purchase Manager.

We are currently looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

- Minimum 14 years of experience in procurement and supply chain.

- Strong technical knowledge related to purchasing processes.

- Proficiency in SAP.

- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Target Setting of Department (Team Member):

- Divide Target on Quarterly and Monthly.

Review of Department:

- (Target of team member, Buy Back, Improvement, Po Conversation Ratio, STD V/s Actual Timeline), Failure, Cost Reduction, Cost increase, Rate Contract).

Forecasting for Stock and Material:

- (MIN MAX, CONSUPTION).

- Import Tracking.

- SAP Process and correct entries as per finance departments requirement (Data Improvement).

Pre Order Activity:

- (Quotation, Technical Details, Case Lock, Etc.

- MIS Submission to Management.

Training Of team Member:

- ( Self Growth Company Growth, New Procurement Activity).

- Operation Review of CCR, CD, METAL.

- Source Development Plan and Execution by team.

- Working on Time, cost, quality, risk, training, repeat work reduction, repeat quality rejection,

vendor rating, vendor up gradation, approving and blacklisting.

- Working on 4d & 5d.

- Working on CA ,PA on every project delay.

- Define purchase strategy and develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.

- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

- Working with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.

- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.

- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.

- Forecast levels of demand for products with coordination of project team.

- Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery

schedules and quality.

- Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and vendors.

- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.

- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.

- Creation of commercially and legally correct purchase order.

- Keep contract files and use them as reference for the future.

- Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met or exceeded.
