Roles and Responsibilities :

This position is SAP BTP Finance SME for SAP BTP applications, specifically for the finance cloud applications, like Intercompany cloud, Global Journal Entry System, Global Approval Flow Engine, Vistex (Finance part).

The position is primarily responsible for managing operations, maintenance and support, ensuring compliance and sarbox requirements are kept.

The Key objectives for the position are related to the areas described below.

Support & Maintenance :

- Incident and problem management and reporting on regular basis.

- Change co-ordination, execution including Testing.

- Use ServiceNow for tracking incidents and problems.

- Trend analysis of the incidents/problems and identify permanent solution.

- Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process and make recommendations for improvements

Technical Skill :

- Ensure that the system is compliant with relevant internal and external requirements.

- Ensure that tasks are carried out as per the requirements stated in the SOPs/guidelines in QualityDocs.

- Prioritization and implementation of user stories (Change/bug fixes/enhancement) related to application.

- In agreement with the LoB, prioritize and implement the user.

Implementation of Sarbox controls Compliance with Sarbox requirements :

- Ensure that all the required Sarbox controls are implemented and executed as per the requirements.

- Represent the system during the GIA/Sarbox audits.

- Responsible for testing activities related to development of test cases and test reports for user acceptance testing.

- Create and execute test cases in TIMS/any other testing tool.

- Support LoB during UAT.

- Daily responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the applications.

- Get the issues/queries resolved by coordinating with the platform team, ABAP team and the functional team.

- Coordinating and communicating on the on-going tasks.

- Supporting the teams involved, during month-ends and year-ends.

Mandatory Skills : SAP FI and BTP knowledge, ITIL processes - Incident, change, release management.
