Job Description
Incumbent would be a part of QAI for its Workforce Development Division. QAI s WFD Division has training offerings for organizations and individuals. Broadly the responsibilities would include:
- Revenue generation through sales of QAI s training solutions.
- Hunting and farming key accounts in assigned region.
- Account management of large corporate accounts
- Taking a consultative approach of identifying client requirements & providing suitable solutions
Qualification Preferably an MBA with 5-7 years of experience in selling solutions & trainings.
Skills Required
- Strong communication & presentation skills,
- Understanding workforce development needs.
- Must be an initiator, innovator and have a creative thinking style.
