Assistant Manager - Business Finance

This is a strategic contributor role, working closely with the head of finance and the management team.

This exciting role will provide exposure to international laws, independently managing financials of subsidiaries, reviewing and reporting financial health to the management.

The incumbent will play a critical role in liaisoning between business units and the central finance team.

The incumbent in this role shall be broadly responsible for:

1. Handling Financials and reporting P&L for units (domestic and international) independently.

• Supervising revenues, receivables, payables, funds management and accounting.

• Controls and checks on costs and tracking of projects.

• Preparing and checking periodic MIS and Reports.

• Ensuring timely and smooth audit and accounts finalization .

• Ensuring timely tax & legal compliances .

2. Reviewing and Reporting the health of the business .

• Preparing and releasing monthly and ad hoc Group MIS reports as per defined templates and timelines- Handling and working with the business teams on the budgeting/costing process for contracts/ projects and tenders.

3. Working on Direct Tax, GST, RBI regulations and FEMA .

• Helping in statutory, tax & internal audit coordination of various entities for ensuring satisfactory closure of all issues to get audit reports in timely manner.

• Preparation and audit of Consolidated Financial Statements as per standards .

Skills Required

• Qualified CA.

• Work experience in IT/ IT services / Consulting company preferred.

• Highly process oriented.

• Good spoken & written English.

• 1 to 3 years post-qualification work experience in similar role.
