We're seeking a Senior Product Designer with a strong systems-thinking mindset to lead design efforts across our suite of platforms. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, scalable, and visually elegant experiences that span complex technical domains.

Role Overview :

As a Senior Designer, you'll collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to craft meaningful user journeys across web and mobile applications. You'll drive the design process end-to-end-from discovery to deployment-while balancing the needs of users, business, and technology. In a distributed, remote-first environment, you'll thrive as a self-directed leader who owns design strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead UX/UI initiatives for B2B and B2C platforms-across high-complexity, data-driven applications.

- Own and evolve design systems and interface patterns that scale across products and platforms.

- Translate product requirements and user insights into design strategies, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Engineering, Product, QA, and Marketing-to ship features that meet high design and usability standards.

- Conduct and synthesize user research (qualitative and quantitative) to drive informed decisions.

- Mentor junior designers, contribute to design culture, and uphold accessibility, performance, and usability principles.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI/Product Design, particularly for enterprise or media-tech platforms.

- 3+ years of experience leading design teams or owning major product initiatives in a tech environment.

Technical & Design Skills :

- Proven portfolio showcasing user-centric design for complex, multi-platform digital products.

- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools, with experience in advanced prototyping.

- Strong command of interaction design, motion design principles, and responsive design.

- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) is a plus for cross-functional collaboration.

Mindset & Communication :

- Strategic thinker who can zoom between high-level product vision and detailed execution.

- Comfortable operating in agile development environments and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-able to evangelize design rationale and guide product direction.

- Self-starter with a growth mindset, initiative, and a passion for innovation in the digital product space.
