About the job:
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top tech talent across various functions.
- Youll work closely with hiring managers, the HR team, and candidates to deliver a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Recruitment & Sourcing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., software development, DevOps, data, etc.)
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other networks
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on the hiring process
- Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews, ensuring timely feedback and communication
Candidate Assessment & Experience:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and behavioral fit
- Coordinate technical assessments in collaboration with hiring teams
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to offer
Offer Management & Onboarding Support:
- Work with HR and managers on offer discussions and documentation
- Ensure timely communication and support during pre-boarding and onboarding stages
Recruitment Operations & Reporting:
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process and maintain accurate records
- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance) to improve hiring efficiency
What Were Looking For:
- 46 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.
- Familiarity with tech roles, tools, and basic terminology (e.g., Java, Python, cloud, databases)
- Good communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with ATS and a data-driven approach to hiring
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to hiring for international roles is a plus (e.g., US, UK, Africa, SEA)
- Understanding of DEI principles and experience supporting inclusive hiring practices
