Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and driven US IT Recruiters to join our growing team in Vadodara. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients. This role requires working in the US time zone, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tech Fetch), social media, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen and evaluate candidates on technical and soft skills based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on interview feedback.
• Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and other employment terms.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Update and manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and report on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Preferred: HR, IT, or Business).
• 0 - 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or domestic recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US EST/CST/PST time zones)..
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
