Export Documentation Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-shipment documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation for exports.
  
• Ensure timely submission of export shipments by coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and correspondence.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to export logistics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in export documentation execution or a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) regulations and EXIM policy.
  
• Proficiency in preparing various types of export documents including CHA (Certificate of Origin), EDA (Export Declaration Advance License).
  
• Experience working on Freight Forwarding software like SAP or similar systems.
