Job Title: HR Manager Bengaluru Operations
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee documentation for the Bengaluru office.
- Leverage HR technologies to maintain accurate employee records, manage onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate with external vendors for local HR support.
HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Bengaluru Team:
- Provide ongoing support on talent management, employee relations, and performance matters specific to the Bengaluru team.
- Act as a bridge between U.S.-based HR leadership and Bengaluru employees, ensuring alignment in HR policies and processes.
Talent Management & Development:
- Facilitate career development initiatives, including training programs, mentorship opportunities, and performance reviews.
- Drive employee engagement and inclusion initiatives tailored to the Bengaluru teams culture and work style.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process for the Bengaluru team, including goal-setting, regular feedback, and developmental feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or relevant HR certifications are preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in Indian employment regulations, payroll processes, and employee relations.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and emerging HR technologies to streamline operations and support a tech-oriented team.
- Prior experience as an HRBP for tech teams or in a startup environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor law and HR best practices for Bengaluru-based tech employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based HR leadership.
