About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Web Application Architect with strong experience in Python backend development and hands-on exposure to Agentic AI frameworks to join our growing Data&AI practice. This is a client-facing, solution-oriented role where you will lead the architecture and implementation of intelligent full-stack solutions for enterprise customers across industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end AI-powered full stack solutions for enterprise clients, focusing on Agentic AI systems and intelligent automation.
• Lead the development of scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and integration with LLMs and autonomous agents.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical architectures and delivery roadmaps.
• Integrate with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) to deliver autonomous workflows, assistants, and process agents.
• Lead technical discussions, POCs, and solution presentations for clients.
• Oversee frontend architecture using modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and ensure seamless UX/UI.
• Define best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and AI solution delivery across projects.
• Guide development teams during implementation, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and client goals.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in backend development and architecture roles in IT services or consulting.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python backend frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (React/Angular/Vue) with good knowledge of UX patterns.
• Experience with Agentic AI tools and workflows, including LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Solid understanding of LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral) and prompt engineering.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and embeddings.
• Strong understanding of RESTful services, GraphQL, microservices, and API gateways.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Experience working in an agile delivery model and leading distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience delivering AI/ML or intelligent automation solutions for enterprise clients.
• Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), chatbot design, or AI copilots.
• Certification in cloud or architecture frameworks (AWS/Azure Architect, TOGAF, etc.).
• Open-source contributions or AI/LLM-focused GitHub projects.
