Purpose of the Position (Job Summary):
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for E-Commerce & D2C Content/Listing to oversee product listings, ensuring accurate uploads, inventory synchronization, and high-quality content across e-commerce platforms and D2C websites. This role involves coordinating creative assets, optimizing SEO, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategy Growth Planning - Implement a robust data analysis framework to track key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales, etc.) and identify trends or opportunities for optimization
- Focus on continuous improvement of product listings by conducting regular SEO audits and content refreshes, aiming to increase organic search visibility and rankings on e-commerce and D2C platforms..
- Financial - Cost Efficiency in Content Management
- Evaluate the direct impact of optimized product listings, SEO strategies, and creative assets on sales growth
- Ensure accurate inventory synchronization to minimize costs related to overstocking or stockouts
- Customer Orientation - Understanding of digital audience behavior
- Understand the needs & wants of internal & external customers
- People Orientation - Manage internal & external stakeholders

1. Product Listing Management: Oversee the timely upload and maintenance of product listings across all e-commerce marketplaces and D2C platforms. Ensure accuracy and completeness of product details (e.g., descriptions, specifications, images) to enhance customer experience across all channels.
2. Inventory Accuracy: Manage accurate linking and synchronization of inventory across all warehouses, e-commerce marketplaces, and D2C platforms.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality and hygiene checks for all listings on e-commerce marketplaces and D2C websites to maintain uniformity and content excellence.
4. Image and Infographic Management: Coordinate the creation and updating of PDP (Product Detail Page) images with innovative concept shoots, lifestyle visuals, and infographics for both e-commerce and D2C platforms to boost customer engagement and conversions.
5. Creative Asset Development: Plan and execute creative and model shoots for PDPs to elevate product presentation and align with brand aesthetics. Manage the creation of search and display ad creatives to support performance marketing campaigns for both e-commerce and D2C platforms.
6. Listing Tracker Management: Maintain and circulate weekly updated listing trackers for all brands (e.g., Sparx, Flite) across e-commerce platforms and D2C websites to ensure accurate reporting and tracking.
7. SEO and Content Optimization: Optimize product content and metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) for search engines on D2C websites and e-commerce platforms to improve organic visibility and ranking.
8. Performance Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create ad creatives and campaigns tailored for both marketplaces and D2C platforms, driving traffic, sales, and ROI.
9. Data and Performance Reporting: Monitor performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, sales) for e-commerce and D2C platforms Via performance team. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve listings, ad performance, and customer experience.
10. Customer Feedback Integration: Regularly review customer reviews, ratings, and feedback on e-commerce platforms and D2C websites to address content gaps and improve product presentations.
11. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and platform representatives to ensure smooth execution of tasks and timely resolution of issues for both e-commerce and D2C operations.
