We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 5-6 years of specialized experience to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Gurugram. This critical role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions across various functions within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Sourcing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for mid to senior-level roles across diverse departments including Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Corporate Functions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including professional networks, industry-specific job boards, social media, direct outreach, and our internal talent pools to identify high-caliber candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for critical roles.
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake and job description development to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination for assigned roles.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, providing expert advice on market trends, candidate availability, and interview best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Management:
- Partner closely with departmental heads and senior leadership to understand their talent needs, strategic objectives, and hiring priorities.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, influencing talent decisions and promoting best practices in talent acquisition.
Market Intelligence & Employer Branding:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, talent landscapes, and competitive intelligence within the FMCG and consumer products sectors.
- Contribute to strengthening our employer brand through active engagement in recruitment events, professional communities, and online platforms.
Data & Process Optimization:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate quality) to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-6 years of dedicated talent acquisition experience, with a strong focus on mid to senior-level recruitment.
- Mandatory experience within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or broader Consumer Products manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for diverse functions, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Corporate roles.
- Proven track record of success in high-growth, manufacturing-led environments is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in various sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Strong interview and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
