Business Manager / Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end client delivery across assigned Big Four accounts
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Lead a recruitment delivery team to meet hiring SLAs & quality standards
• Track, monitor, and optimize candidate pipelines, onboarding, and TATs
• Resolve escalations, ensure documentation compliance, and submit timely MIS reports
• Identify account growth opportunities and expand service footprints

Candidate Profile:

• 6-8 years in IT staffing with account management or client-facing experience
• Prior experience supporting Big Four or large enterprise clients is highly preferred
• Team management, strategic planning & delivery tracking capabilities
• Strong communication, escalation handling, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, Excel Role & responsibilities
