Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in institutional sales, particularly with government tenders, GeM portal, or institutional distributors.
- Preference given to candidates with a background in sports footwear brands.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and institutional sales dynamics.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding institutional sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
