Talent Acquisition Director

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Director to lead our recruitment team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 8 years of people management experience.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive forward-thinking recruitment strategies.
• Enable the team to execute our vision and strategy to meet business needs.
• Drive uniform and consistent focus around operational excellence through the Talent Acquisition team.
• Promote the RSM employment brand in the external marketplace.

• Bachelor's degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Minimum of 15 years of talent acquisition experience in a professional services environment.
• Proven experience developing a high-performing talent acquisition team.
• Experience with recruiting technologies and programs, understanding the recruiting life cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
