We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and selling software solutions across various markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT industry, particularly in B2B software sales, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing a dynamic sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle lead generation, hunting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop content, collateral, and digital assets.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing strategies and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team to exceed performance goals.
- Set KPIs and provide regular performance feedback.
- Foster a results-oriented and collaborative team culture.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in B2B software sales within the IT industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS product sales (ERP, cybersecurity, AI tools).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise software solutions.
- Sound communication skills (verbal & written)
