Manager - HR

• Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations vision, mission, and long-term goals.

2. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent in alignment with organizational needs.

3. Learning and Development

• Identify training and development needs across departments and design learning interventions accordingly.

4. Performance Management

• Align individual KPIs with organizational goals to drive accountability and results.

5. Employee Relations and Engagement

• Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues fairly and in a timely manner.

6. HR Policy, Compliance, and Governance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and other statutory requirements.

7. Digital HR and HR Analytics

• Generate dashboards and reports for senior management to monitor key HR KPIs.

8. Leadership and Team Management

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing HR team.
• Ensure continuous development of HR staff through coaching, training, and succession planning.
