Procurement Incharge

Job description:

• Monitoring the operations of all Chilling Centers, and coordinating with maintenance and quality departments for procuring milk as per standards of the company.
• Ensuring milk procurement as per budgeted quantities across months, by effectively managing lean and flush periods.
• Establishing and strengthening the connect with farmer producers and engaging them in the extension and input activities of the company.
• Plan and implement suitable interventions so as to increase efficiency in operations.
• Ensuring chilling centers are compliant with safety and statutory norms.
• Implementation of SOPs laid down by the company and ensuring that the process and control systems are strictly adhered.
• Increasing productivity and capacity utilization continuously across chilling centers.
• Preparation of Annual Business Plans/Budget and analyzing monthly performance against budget.
• Analyzing and reporting performance across CCs on procurement, operational costs, and take steps to achieve the budgeted goals.
• Build a high performing procurement team through continuous learning & development programmes and performance feedback.
• Candidate must be flexible and willing to travel across various regions
