Job Description
- To achieve targeted quantity and quality milk procurement at optimum cost in the area assigned.
- To retain and strengthen the farmer base in the area assigned.
- To install MCC at village level with 15-20 Farmers minimum.
- To add more agents.
- Promotion of Agro services.
- Can transport management/ optimization
- Identify the resources to procure quality milk in the area of operations.
- Responsible for expanding into new centers/ Agents/ MCC
- Identify the farmers for dairy farming concepts.
- Promotes cattle feeds , Mineral Mixtures fodder Cultivation and other services
- Farmer welfare activities like insurance, health camps
- To monitor the usage of MCC assets and to do weekly cleaning & documenting.
- To operate the vehicle timings efficiently without delay and to help in reducing the milk reception time.
