Position: Sales Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales / Customer service with a focus on customer acquisition. Selling Software applications to Logistics industry preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the customs clearance and logistics sector.
- Present and promote SaaS solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the customs and logistics domain.
- Proven experience in SaaS product sales or experience in freight forwarding / customs brokerage is of advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
- Engineering/Science/ Commerce Graduates
