Taxation Partner

We are looking for a potential partner who could independently handle Direct Tax related assignments of the firm. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant having more than 10 years of experience in the area of Tax in the practicing firm.

The candidate/potential partner would be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing client taxation matters and ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner.
• Advising clients on complex tax matters and international tax issues relating to cross border transactions, Indian corporate tax issues etc.
• Lead tax engagements. Effectively manage team on submissions, assessment and appeal hearings before the CIT(A) and Tribunals.
• Proactively advising clients on strategic issues and providing them with a perspective on global trends and emerging practices significant to their business operations
• Ensure standards and procedures maintained by whole team.
• Identify and capitalizing on opportunities and prospects for new work.
• Business development, including working with colleagues in other teams.
