Quality Analyst - Dental RCM

We are hiring Quality Analyst for Dental RCM (Operations Quality).

Roles & responsibilities:

• Monitoring agent performance on a daily basis as per sample size requirement
• Maintaining performance related data and Analysis of data on a daily basis
• Communication of day end reports to Team Lead Quality
• Proactively inform QA team lead for upcoming Red flags
• Involvement in Calibration sessions as per requirement
• Key Player in driving improvement activities
• Need to keep updated with recent SOP changes & process requirements
• Providing on the spot Feedback
• Providing Feedbacks to Agents based on performance as per process Requirement.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Dental RCM specifically in Client Submission and Client Follow-Up
• Strong knowledge of dental billing terminologies, attachments, x-ray review processes, and payer-specific guidelines
• Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Desire for knowledge/attitude to learn.
• Good communication skills
• Good reasoning and Analytical skill
• Knowledge of MS office
• Team Handling and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in shifts
• Prior experience in client-facing roles.

Mandatory 12-18 months of experience as Quality Assurance Analyst (Dental Only).
