These proficient python-django web application developers are expected to work under team leads in fixed projects or directly with clients in resource augmentation.

• Writing efficient and reusable code for scalable projects within the estimated timeline.

• Provide proper estimation for the assigned tasks.

• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications.

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.

• Write unit tests for all the code deliverables.

• Support and mentor L1 engineers to deliver projects on time.

• Implementation of security and data protection.

• Timely reporting of the status of the project/ task assigned to the corresponding project manager or team lead.

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

• Building software/website or adding the new feature to existing software/ website.

• Modifying software to fix errors thus improving its performance.

• Improve functionality of existing systems.

• Basic testing and validations from the developers side.

• Communicating with the client to analyse the features.

• Be part of all the learning activities to improve/add the skills.

• Update all the required details to the project management tools involved in development. In resource augmentation be a smart player in the team, very active in providing suggestions and technical solutions.

• Build the clients trust by actively communicating details along with delivering things on-time.
