- Handling telephonic, email and walk-in enquiries for technical course and converting them into admissions.
- Achieving revenue and collection targets.
- Planning for enhancing conversion ratio.
- Maintaining related trackers and reports on regular basis.
- Updating the information in software system.
- To create/ maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications.
