Job Description: Trainer for Auto electrical

Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both theoretical and practical, according to the apprenticeship curriculum.
• Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations of relevant skills and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of automobile, Electrical circuits understanding.
• Overall architecture of electrical systems and concepts in auto electrical.
• Vehicle diagnostics skill.
• Conduct trainings for employees as well.
• Development of training aids for practical demonstrations.
• Apprentice Support:
• Mentor and support apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey.
• Provide guidance on career development and progression.
• Address any learning or performance challenges faced by apprentices.
• Maintain regular communication with apprentices.
• Promote safety culture in training workshop.
• To maintain records of apprentices progress.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Degree in electrical/electronic engineering.
• Industry experience for 2-3 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Considerations:

• Sound knowledge of automobile, sensors used in vehicle, Aggregates of vehicle.
• Expertise in electrical systems of automobile. Functions of all electrical parts.
• Diagnostics of vehicle, current trends, features, ADAS system in vehicles.
