Sales Executive - Food Testing

We are actively looking for Sales Professionals for our Food Testing business at Indore, Madhya Pradesh location.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
3. Promote the benefits of our food testing services and the convenience of our sample pickup app to prospective customers.
4. Onboard new customers onto our app, ensuring they are familiar with its features and understand how to schedule sample pickups.
5. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
6. Work closely with proposal team to timely submit proposals.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively position our services.
8. Utilize Salesforce.com to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records. Performance will be evaluated based on CRM data and sales metrics.
9. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager through Salesforce.com.
10. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree or above preferably in science. Additional qualification is sales or marketing desirable.
2. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the food testing, laboratory, or related industry.
3. Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
4. Proficiency in using Salesforce.com and MS Office Suite.
5. Oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Willingness to travel extensively.
