As we expand our footprint in the market, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in uPVC profile industry or Door & Window industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop actionable insights and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement regional promotional campaigns
  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company products.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in uPVC profile industry or Door & Window Industry in sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel as required.
